While I was sketching out this idea for a traditional Japanese woodcut I started to like the way it looked without the outlines and solid colors. So I finished it as is. Originally I was going to include some Japanese typography but I suck at calligraphy.

I might make the woodcut style one later.

this is nice, slightly different than the original photo it was used from but still very close, the additions are quite an improvement, and the style makes it seem like a whole new piece of artwork.
